So Guys, GU is the one to trade now from the longer term perspective. its trend and we will not waste any opportunity in our hands.

If you remember at the start of the thread I said, markets are range bound and we will taking intra day profits due to that, near the edges of hte range. GU is now in trend .we will take longs as well, but we know that we will be ever more comfortable wiht taking shorts and letting them run as much as possible.

That UJ Seed, many would have considered to be "too late" in the trend... (looking at there peaking histograms and TZ2 etc... was actually what THE HOT HAND is defined... Trade the ones that move... the ones that are HOT ... taht should get your business.

Would you open a shop in a rundown part of the city, thinking "other areas are having good sales hence soon this area will as well"... no you don't. so in taht manner, only trade the pair that is moving because that is "THE TREND" the HOT pair. YD UJ looked like "man we missed" and then it created the seed as in the pic below. today I "almost" took the next seed, if i was NOT in gym, i might have taken it.

Why did I point to the M5 Setup 1 in the above post?

The reason being, if Setup 1 is a potent setup, and if Seed on H1 is really the graphical condensed representation of that setup 1... then it makes sense to take SEEDS in a trend, whenever they appear... as long as the seed is small enough...

Why do we trade Seed on both sides at the open.

Well, the general way of price action trading is based on price pattern and bar patterns like this. The inside bar is a consolidation. And as such buyers or sellers can each take charge on either side of the bar. Which makes trading IB a funny business and a lot of the guys out there don't like it. But what we do is that we Cut out one side completely. We draw a line in the sand exactly at the spot where "human" traders wake up and start making trades. that puts buying or selling pressure on the market we are looking at. Once market starts going off that level, we know this is the direction of the trend, on that day. And that is true until the last bar we see. In doing so, we minimise our risk by taking a very small entry mechanism yet by utilising variable lot sizes, we increase our potential of the trade if it was a winner and on the other side we kill the disadvantage of an IB breaking both sides.

it reduces the rent by 50%. This logic is very powerful.

And its fractal geometric in nature. It works at Day start, week start, month start and year start. e.g. UJ d1 Seed, could be traded eihter side, because its high and low was above and below the open price for the month of october. likewise when there is a bar at the start of the day, in this case our chose starting point which most logically is Frankfurt open, we take it.

Trade for 5-sept-2016

Just one GU trade for the day, Result BE

Given what immy said above its probably a bracket trade. However the trend as defined by opens was very clear in this case. I would want at-least one sideways open to take a bracket trade at FO.
