Hi,
I have an issue setting up charts for staring Stage 1 :
From this thread ( http://www.itradeaims.net/forum/viewtop ... =31&t=1390 )I understand that should be done using Classic Setup V5.1 template and indicators.
On the other hand , on this thread (http://www.itradeaims.net/forum/viewtop ... =31&t=1438)are explained how to setup charts for Stage 1 using other indicators.
I was not able to configure charts using this last thread because:
1. Only settings for Cherry are shown (despite the fact that it says the settings for Seed are above)
2. The second image shown on the thread shows a chart with description "Stage 3 Classic" but we try to configure for Stage1
3. The Hunt Stage1 Template is loading only 2 indicators(after looking inside the file saw it makes reference to indicators named differently from those available for download in the thread)
4. After copying missing indicators with names from the Template get charts with 2 different types of dots (small ones and empty ones) and do not know how to trade the Setup since this assume only one type of dots(like those shown by AlertV5.1)
Beside this, the setting of the indicators from the Template are different form those on the thread (I could find, at Stage3 description , the settings missing for Seed but do not know which ones are correct-thiose in Template ot those in pictures)

Welcome to AIMs/HUNT!!!

There are many ways you can start your STage 1. The idea is to start with the simplest of rules. Because your focus will be on T20. Your focus will be to simply achieve a score of 1. Where you can pat yourself on the back and say, yay! i was disciplined.



I'll answer the points

1. Only settings for Cherry are shown (despite the fact that it says the settings for Seed are above)
The seed and cherry settings are exactly the same

2. The second image shown on the thread shows a chart with description "Stage 3 Classic" but we try to configure for Stage1
We really want you to make your own template based on the guidelines given. We don't mind the different colour schemes and the odd line you might have that has done "magic" for you. The idea is to keep it as minimal as possible.

again, we did not create Hunt section for template and indicator help. We assume that whoever joins the hunt section already knows a bit of mt4 and creates their own template etc. but if you need help we are here anyway. originally I wanted everyone to put on the V5.1 template and simply add Hunt signals on top of that and save template.

again, simply put V5.1 template then remove the entry alert v5.1 and add aims the hunt seed and cherry indicators. and save.

The MOST important bit of the HUNT is the one you'll hate doing. And that is your trading plan. Have you started working on your trading plan based on Tim Wilcox's template in the trading plan section?

A Question? Setup 1 on UJ but was it setup one for lets say, Jasmien,? No it was not? but was it a good setup and why was it good for me?
