Watching Cable GBPUSD H4
Strong support at 1.2378 .... which if broken I think means we go down more. Therefore also watching faster TFs

Re: Ray's amnesty page
The British financial trader, dubbed as the "Hound of Hounslow" is facing 30 years in prison after admitting to helping trigger a Wall Street "flash crash" in 2010. Navinder Singh Saroa admitted wire fraud and spoofing for his role in the crash that wiped tens of billions of pounds off the value of US shares.
Spoofing is where traders place false orders using an automatic system in order to create an impression of demand, pushing prices up.
The 37-year-old was sent to the US in October after losing a challenge against extradition.US authorities claim he earned up to $40m (£33m) through his activities. Sarao initially faced 22 charges which carry sentences totalling a maximum of 380 years.
He will be released on a $750,000 bond and allowed to return to the UK and family members offered their homes as security.

Re: Ray's amnesty page
Have been trading H1 all the month so far, fairly leisurely, all on currencies, mainly on s1 principles. I watch 6 to 10 pairs, and one of the things I feel a good filter is that the Aims box isn't to be greater at time of entry than 50% of the 5 day ADR for whatever pair. I had never thought of that one before, perhaps I'm being stupid but it has helped keep the PF up, to an embarrassingly good 5.7
I haven't even touched equities or gold, however the returns aren't bad, I'll say +12% already. Onwards and upwards.

Re: Ray's amnesty page
Noticed there was a TZ1 on m5 and m15 about 11am and decided to tighten down the SL and get out with +127 pips. Perhaps I'm not even following my own system very well, but 2.5 and more % ROC could not be allowed to fade back to nothingness when I have other work to do today

Re: Ray's amnesty page
Ray,
Glad to see you have moved to more leisurely trading and having good success. As some of your trading is now currencies I will be more interested in your success.
We in the US got a reduction on our leverage on all GDP pairs last week. We are now down to 20:1 leverage! I have hope that things are about to change for the better with a new president and less regulations. I hope the change will be for the better for everybody.
Ed

Re: Ray's amnesty page
20:1 would be a bit restrictive, I'd like to always have 50:1, 75:1 preferably 100:1 unless trading high timeframes, it wouldn't give enough leeway to do 2% risk on 12 pips SL.
There was a temporary restriction here from Friday night to Wednesday night with most brokers but it was lifted 36 hours ago, and back to normal.
Interested to see if your new government will loosen some of the regulation which surely has been restrictive on enterprise and general trading as well as "our sort of trading". We would not weep to see fewer regulations over here either, it just adds a layer of beaurocracy against the people actually producing anything in the first place.
