MEDITATION - getting into the vortex of Esther and Jerry Hicks

I just wanted to share the awesome meditation of getting into the vortex of Esther and Jerry Hicks (hug) .

It is our job to keep our mind(s) focused, relaxed, enjoyed and to trust ourself in the proces of staying diciplined to our trading plan. We plan our trade and then trade our plan.
