Re: Ray's amnesty page
Example of a trade taken on MACD lines. when blue went under red - short. Not a lot different from an S1 trade. I was a bit late getting in, but the blue not going higher than red at a time when it broke first fractal the wrong way kept me in the trade. Fortuitously I got out at a good moment, you might notice a white line crossing through gator lips, that is the ema25.... not a bad way to finish my day's forays

Re: Ray's amnesty page
I'll use the first line as an example
8+2 =16106
8*2=16
8+2=10
8-2=6
put the answers together equals 16106
Works for all the other lines
8+2 =16106
8*2=16
8+2=10
8-2=6
put the answers together equals 16106
Works for all the other lines

Re: Ray's amnesty page
it's easy when you know how isn't it!
I don't know the connection between that and trading but I suppose we do have to have our wits about us, profits don't often come just by accident!

Re: Ray's amnesty page
Interesting Ray, took a looong minute for me and when you figure out the correct approach, it's easy. But what really was interesting I showed this to 11 year old son without giving any input and thought that it will be interesting to see what kind of answers and solving processes he gets. He stared the image and literally in few seconds he said the correct answer. Child's brains won't have any blocks to get in the way. Amazing. Let's be childs again.

interesting problem... how do we justify 8 plus 10 really equals to sixteen thousands one hundred and six? :-B
We create logic, without logic... don't we? Ray, i think its very much related to trading... we start seeing things that are not there and find reasons to justify it... don't we?

I think, we can look at this in another perspective.immy wrote:Hey Ray, Peter, Tomi..petera wrote:I'll use the first line as an example

There are sure things in Maths; 8 times 2 is always 16; 8+2 is always 10 and 8 minus 2 is always 6; when these sure things put together give an unpredicted, unknown, chaotic value 16106 in that particular math puzzle.
There are sure things in Market; wave 3, wave 4 and wave 5. When these sure things put together give an unpredicted, unknown, chaotic price point in that particular instance of the market.
