Hi Immi
Is this the tool you use to move your stop loss? What else does it do?
If it is can you please tell me where I can get it?
Thanks John
Please ignore Immi, I have found it.
Always happens, once you have asked a question the answer pops out right in front of you
Thanks John

Re: VE Aims
Hi Immy. With the ve aims ea, it seems it is a global ea. I have several instances of mt4 running, and whenever I attach ve_aims to say a eur/usd chart, it takes control of all other trades with same currency pair in my account. Is it possible to program this so it will control only the pair on the chart it is attached to, or do you know of a similar ea that will do this for me?
Thanks, Craig.
Thanks, Craig.

Re: VE Aims
HI Craig
This ea uses the order number for controlling orders. This is why it is possible to trade multiple position on same pair. If you've got multiple mt4's running make sure only one chart window has this ea on. As long as you're dealing with same order number/ trade number you cannot apply two ea's. best is to apply it to only one chart. I have two templates saved. one with and the other without ea the later one goes on m5 and other time frames. There are some trade management ea's that lets you assign magic numbers and comments but I've never used one.
hope this helps!

Re: VE Aims
Immy,
Once I start trailing my candles with the trade manager EA still running I have noticed that the trailing stop will move backwards on occasions, I noticed Mike also mention it in his journal, not sure if this has been raised somewhere else, are you aware of it and what am I doing wrong. Many thanks in advance.

Re: VE Aims
Hi Tony
I found that if I had VE on more than one chart it caused this problem. As soon as i took the ve indicator off my 5 min chart it worked fine.
May be worth checking this.

Re: VE Aims
VE Aims doesn't have a magic number setup. So , if you have it on the same pairs with different TF ( e.g, EU M1 and M5), Then you must disable it on the TF you are not trading on. If not then it will keep moving your TP and SL back to their original position.
To disable it, press F7, and under the common tab uncheck the box "Allow live trading"
That should do it.
