Yep, i'm used to it... thats why we tell beginners to stay away from news.... and it works most of the time but sometimes their system don't respond...

Following are three screenshots of trades taken as per AIMS News Strategy but utilising the elegant Snorm NEWS EA .
Apart from the horrible 15 pips slippage or eur/usd (still a profitable trade btw) it was a good event.

Trailing Stop Loss: last Candle (Using ATM)
GBPUSD
EUR/USD
USD/JPY
Honest Confession: I setup the EA, and continued playing a video game with my nephew... I won't lie to you, i had it on my other screen and did have a quick glance at it at the time of entry... and saw that trailing candle was working. thats it. I did not touch these trades.
