4. Signal Type / Direction : Setup 1 Buy

5. Decision making:
Tight box, sleeping gator , close to zeroline. Gator on M1 and M5 are totally open and in a impulswave. M5 Creates a minor pullback, wich showes as a pulllback on m1. And thats result in a Setup 1 one s12.
PO is put due to the box.
6.Feelings during the trade:
Everything but stressfree. I dont start to secondguessing my trade, because i validate it as a setup 1. But i want it to go up.
The difference now from the first batch is that i am aware of my thoughts and i know that this thought should not make me exit it early.
And i also remind me of that the outcome of this one is irrelevant. Its a ds1 and the outcome is random.

7.Comments After Exiting the Trade:
I was 0.1 tick away from stoploss before it got back in the ”right” direction.
Proud of my Ds1

I found that the trends are easier to see with this layout.

Hi Emma,
Doing great and keep it up. Being a Junior AIMSter , may I know the way you spot the setup-1. Is there any specific timing of your trading? I have been trying to find setup on US 30 M1 at start of London open but its difficult to get a perfect setup. I would appreciate your advice in this regard? Stay blessed all the time.

I think patience and discipline is the key. I see alot of patterns that look like setup-1´s that are not accorning to the t20 rules.
Someday i dont spot a perfect setup, so then i dont trade the bad setups. At least not any moore.
But it is hard when u are in the beginning. Sometimes i dont se a setup until it already has happened, but i guess that is the part of the training. To learn how to spot them and have confident in what u see.

Today i post a trade i took and a trade i didnt take.

1. Trade Number: Batch 2 trade 7
2. Date/Time: 24/9-2020 9:23
3. Symbol/TF: GER30/ S12
4. Signal Type / Direction : Setup 1 Sell

5. Decision making:
Peek on ao in the direction of the entry signal. Tight box, sleeping gator and close to zeroline.
The peek of the ao was much prettier than the pricemovement. But it was according to the rules.
So i put a po
6.Feelings during the trade:
Hoping for it not to be rent.
But know that some are.

7.Comments After Exiting the Trade:
I see now that this probably was just a zigzag pattern of the 4th wave of M1 and not another wave 3. But i couldnt have known that… or should i have filtered this one.
I call it a ds1 because of the pattern.

And this is the trade i didnt take.
If i just look at the s12 its perfect and away fron the purple. But on m1 the gator is together.
I had a Long discussion in my head wether i should take it or not. I didnt take it because the gater was not open om M1.
If i see it from another perspective, the "wave 3" was probably at its end on M5 and M1 would probably start a little trend down. So is this a valid setup one?

Hi,
Thank you very much for your response and guidance. I believe the Monarch Pattern with open Gator on next HTF could be the clue for taking trade on CTF and I'm trying to figure out the same. With reference to the above illustration, setup on S12 seems to be perfect but conditions mentioned for HTF to validate trend are not ideal. While M5 is showing uptrend contrary to M1 trend. Therefore, I believe its not legitimate setup-1. However, some expert may give firm advice in this regard.

Here comes a ds0 trade witch i wasnt suppesed to take....

I took my imaginary trades in the beginning of london open.
And it was a good day for my imaginary live account

4. Signal Type / Direction : Setup 1 Sell

5. Decision making:
Open gator down on m1
S12- Gator sleeping, close to zeroline and tight box, so i put a pending order.
6.Feelings during the trade:
Had to help my son with something so i didnt see the trade play out

7.Comments After Exiting the Trade:
Dissapointed in myself. I know i shouldnt be because i am learning.
I should take this as a lesson instead.
I probably took a setup 2 on s12 in the end of wave 5 on m1….
So i think this one should have been filtered

My bran tried to come up with escuses that this is a DS1, but it absolutly not.
But i think my thinking process was good.

I even tried to convince myself not to post this
But its good for me and for other beginners to see.

5. Decision making:
Open gator on M1, probably start of wave 4 on the M5. Gator almost asleep. Close to zeroline.
Assuming m1 id doing a pullback.. Therefore assuming a wave 5 n s12 is supposed to happen.
Didnt take the setup 2 because its not in my plan. Then the red dot makes me feel like i am aloud to take it.

6.Feelings during the trade:
Right after my PO is set i see that my TP is below TZ1, so i close the trade while i am in profit. Good trading descicion, Bad T20-descicion.

Here comes trade 11 and 12.

I have now reach more thand half of my second batch of setup 1 in stage 1.
And this batch i have learnt ALOT!

I also notice that i dont get emotional on each trade and that is a HUGE progress.
I have also widen my perspective on the market and i take in more information than the first batch.

I am looking forward to the rest of this batch.

all the rules are fulfilled. I had one concern about this signal. Where is wave 3 and where is tz.
I draw the fib expension. Then i saw that the tz was so far away that i can have my tp before.

Became rent. Hit my TP 3 minuites after.
Realise that i should have been concerned aboute the previous swing low to the left.
