Big DS0 day. 

I lost all my daily % on rents today.

Does not feel good. 

The first entry to catch the LOBOT was missplaced so i hot in before the upper level was broken so ds0 for that one.
The Second one was okey, a ds1
The third one was ( i dont know) it is below LO when setting the order. and M5 was bearish from lo.
So a fomo entry? i think so.

But am i learning from this? YES!

Yes it helps. I was so despererly trying to catch something so I got tunnel vision.  It all was so obvious after.

Dont want to post this. I dont know if i should laugh or cry over this week. I lost my objectivity.
I had some bad trades in forex as well. Even though i ended the week with alot of new insights and an new awereness i have a hard time to forgive myself for this behaviour. This is my worse batch so far.

I am frustrated and dissapointed in how i had managed my emotions this week.

I just wanted to catch winning trades so i saw patterns inside the ranges. I totally forgot there and then that i dont trade inside them.
I now going to look forward and be grateful for this week. I have learned alot from it. I have learned about myself and i need to work on my fear and fomo.
 When to trade and when not to trade i also extremely important.  
Like before, i was so strict and it was so good. Need to go back to that.
 I feel strongly that i dont want to fall into this trap again because it feels
 
 So a SH*T batch but also a great lesson

Ended the week crawling up from this misstake and drawdown and i am looking forward to monday.

2021-04-26

 I can only set full lotsizes so the procentage is a bit of so i write both R´s and %.Overall i think i traded good today. Minor errors. But learning.
Need to not take pullbacks when it reversing.... 

I was more disciplined today and i stayed out when M5 was not moving.

 Trade 1 Waltz seed right into FO. Had room to move. Was strongly showing downish on M5.
DS1 +2R (+1%)

 Trade 2 Iffy pullback. To bullish, but under fo and it was going down..
DS1 -1R (-1%)

 Trade 3 M5 was pulling back and was still downish so took it as a continuation breakout.
DS0 -1R (-1%)

 Trade 4 M5 pulled back deeper towards the EMA´s and at the time it tesssted lo and did a narrow range on m1, so took the break of the box formation on m1 or the m5 abc pullback.
DS1 +2R (+1,7%)

 Trade 5 Came down to an important level and pulled back a bit. Had a PO under it.
              I should have moved the SL-BE quicker as there was a risk for it to be a fakeout. It was a fakeout.
DS1 -1R (-0,5%) 

Total for LO session +1R (+0,2%)

Total DS score 4/5 (75%)

I'd say you've done well today since I have done really a shit job today. Lost money for breaking my rules and generally for trading really really badly. Oh well.. NEXT

 I am happy with my last Us30 trade. To bad the lotsize got a bit small. was a 3 R winner. But 1,5%

mostly good signals taken today. I could have exited them better though for more profits. The fear took me.
I need to work on manage my emotions.

Good thing is that i have good risk management. Despite my rookie mistakes i am churning around be. Still in drawdown from my last STUPID batch but sloooowlyyy  up.

So all in all a great learningday.

 Today i have traded very good and some NOT very good.
Some trades i am proud of and somethat i am NOT proud of...
The day ended  on the positive side, even if it was not much.
- if i had not taken the fomotrades i would have been really profitable.

I have a problem with fomo. 

I have decided to have the KC on to measure voatility and start to work with my fomo. 
It is clear an visual.

I have one HUGE game changer suggestion for you for your STOPs on Cherries. 

Whether you take a Seed or a Cherry for the pullback method 

Unless the the seed is right the turning point of the pullback or the cherry, don't put SL based on the range of the seed. Instead, use 1ATR as your Stop loss.

Have to practice more patience when it comes to letting them run.

What was the Market Like Today?
Today dax broke out of a range and has been trending down all day. (M5)
Thought inside a range on H1

It was a singe directed trend with only shorts taken.
I saw the days moves as strong.
