To sort up my discilpine issues that i startet with i decided to do the T20 as i did before. 

Entrys will be taken on M1 (starting to concentrate on 1 thing)

What i want to see on M5
- i want to see it moving, the channel needs to be NOT sideways, and the EMA´s should be separated, pointing in direction of the signal on m1.

On M1
- Touch or break of the outher KC band and a pullback to or very near the 20 EMA.

I will take a marketorder wich 1 ATR as my stop. 
I move SL to BE at 1 R and trail close below/above the 10 EMA.

I will reward myself with DS1 if doing the above.

yes, a sellsignal and the m5 is channeling to the downside. I was aware that there could be som buyers sitting a bit down.

Today i didnt have much time to trade as it is a bank holiday here today.
As i have started to record my trades in this format again and have clear entry and exit rules i am much more calm when trading.

I dont experience fomo anymore. i have checked so many days and the price almost always come back near the mean before taking of again so i have time to get in.

Hey Emma

really enjoyed reading your journal. Sorry I have not commented for a while but these days I trade 12 hrs a day and I am having a blast. As you know I'm always in the discord group. But I have changed my schedule too. I will be trading even more and less discord. you guys know what I'm doing. and you guys should know what you should be doing. We can't all trade exactly the same way. We all are different beingds nad should find our ways what works for us but must have a basic foundation that is based on the TRUTH. something that works.

The results from batch 1 with KC is here.
Not very disciplined... I will keep going and going.

What i have found out.

• I LOVE LOVE LOVE the simplicity of the KC.
• I LOVE to have a specific and clear exit plan that the trailing of 10 ema gives me.
• KC on M1 when M5 is moving up or down is fantastic!
• Dont trade M1 when M5 is sideways. (Very obvious, but still need a reminder).
• Let the trade breath and dont get scared.

I also have to admit that to individually do a post and journal each and every thade with the T20 template is not doable.
So i have found a easier way.
I am going to post my trades everyday and do weekly batches.
So every friday i do a little review with results of the week.

Today i was naughty and traded all the signals. I am aware that not all even are signals.
It did not work at all and that is GOOD.

I can describe the day as learningmoney lost and profits recoverd and insights gained.

I lost and recovered the losses today, and that really gives me an idea of how amazing this is. If i had stayed away from the sideways SH*T i traded and just went for when M5 was showing direction i would have had a great day profit wise. And think of i hi had caught the first move.

I still seeking for whats work for me. 

I have come to the conclusion  that M1 is good for strong markets and that is what i will use it for. When the M5 in moving to fast, i will use the M1 for entrys. OR when i miss the entry on M5 i can scalp the M1 based on KC. i cant get big winners on M1.

Now i get small winners or full 1 % loosers and that is not profitable at all.

QUESTION FOR IMMY. 
- Can i trail the 20 ema on m5 to catch a bigger move during the whole day?

Immy always tell me to trade M5, and i see it now. I had to see it for myself. i had to try. I see that M5 is better. 

The results from today is embarrasing. Had i taken KC entry on m5 and trailed the 10 ema i had done well. And had i gotten in om M1 when it moved to fast i had also done well. i am trying to do something in between... It does not work.

Yes, the 20EAM trail is AWESOME technique
When markets goes too far too fast, e.g. today when I was up 120 points on DAX. I used YD's Low for exits. if not, I'd be out on the 10ema. or the 20 ema. It's ok to give some back if you have a BIG winner. Scalping is NOT a great way to make a living.
That FTSE100 Tradre looks Wicked...
