I was seeing the move as gone… then it made a deep pullback and then a continuation.

I saw a new high( not climatic, just impulsive and then a shallow not impulsive pullback with a signal. A small one. So a po and then it hit 3 R withing
2 candles.

It is my first 3 R target that is getting hit so it was a huge step for me!

I have a low to look out for and if it goes up i will have to wait for the trendfilter to adjust itself before a long trade is possible.

Yes i have. I have had episodes of fear of losing, fear of making misstakes and just overall a anxious feeling.
I have been feeling great as well because of my trade hit 3R. I read the rules and remained objective.

I have been struggling with having rents after a winner. Like money is taken away from me.
Thats not true because my edge is making me a winner in the long run, not this particular trade or day. That is the truth.
I am writing the feelings on a notepad all day long. In that way i am getting it out of my head and i can see them clearer.

I decided to have both Nas and Dow infront of me. Why? somethimes one moves and some is shiit.

And with my now more objective approach i feel i can do it. If i find myself taking a loss on one of them and then take the ”same setup” on the other
one and that one fail to i know i am not ready.

I am more aware of my feelings and can by writing them down i am able to catch myself before my feelings escalade and cause a misstake without me

It have been a very objective day for me. Clear minded and good.

I have started one thing that i always did in the beginning. And that is to have a notepad that i write things. What is going through my mind.
I also use it in situations when i feel fear, confusion etc to get it all on paper and that way i can be more logic and objective.


It works good for me. I am going to continuing to do so  to raise my awareness during trading and to be able to recognise the firsts signals that usually occurs before misstakes, and in that way most of the times, impede the misstake of happen at all. Especially to eliminate the brain fart trades completely.
  It was my first week trading with 3R targets and it feels good. I am feeling less pressured to have a winner and less impuls to move sl to BE to quick because of the 3R targets on the winners.
 Objectivity, discipline and skill – wise has this week been good.
I have been feeling more stable. And i am seeing that the writing has made a HUGE different.
 I am looking forward to next weeks trading

D1, H1, M5. Levels etc. Have marked major swing levels and the Daily range that the market have been in for a while now.

Dax opens slow. Moving down slow but steady.



 Perhaps waiting for the news. I am calm and waiting for the news to happen.

No setup for me so far.
 
After the  news happened,  dax pushed nown climatich and rubberbanded back and then it stayed VERY slow for a while.

At this time i was setting aletrts and the major H and L on M1.

It went off and not it had gone too far i think.


Needs a pullback or a pause on M5 if its going to continue. I dont want to take a signal that far down in the move. Extended.Filter the next one as well OFC. Waiting for a reset still…
