FORECAST AND PREP

D1 bearish BO. Marked Major higs and low that are relevant now.
H1 – ”--
M5 pullback agter a tight bear channel.
 
I have levels that need to be broken before i can take a trade in any direction. ( in the umbrella of the M5 pullback now.

Filtered signal. Due to lack of momentum. Just a signal in a channel.
 
No trade during this london AM session.

This is just a tiny litle fraction of what is going through my head during a trade. 
Its possible to trade with emotions 
 

Trade.

Entry slipped.  Makes me nervous. Makes the TP at 1,3 % instead of 1,5%.

 I am feeling the heart beat faster and i am feeling like i cant trade here… It is absolutley going to be a rent. Reminding myself of that this is a valid
trade and only ONE of many. This will not make of break my career.

Sl goes to be and i can breath.
It wierd how after 1,5 year of trading its still the same exciting feeling when i am in a trade.

When price is very close to TP i have a STRONG urge to close the trade.

I am not. I am disciplined.

It hit the target and i am happy with my discipline

I breath out completely.



I know what i am doing. My HSP (highly sensitive personality) is not going to ruined it for me.
I am aware and i am not letting the emotions get the best of me!

Trade, Managed it good and according to the plan.

I considered myself as done.

And then i looked at the chart and there was a another signal that hit 3 R within ONE candle.

the FOMO was real.

I am still consider myselt as done for today so i am stopping here and no errors will occure due to that emotion.

 
 
End of the day:

Have i followed my plan? Yes i have. One thing though is that when i had my winner on nas i became scared of losing money and i stopped traded. There was another setup that also was a winner.
A tough situation.


Have i written my feelings and thoughts to get them out of my system? Yes i have.

Have i seen my feelings and thoughts as signals and have i been aware of them and not let them take over me? Yes… i have.

Well done on holding this one. I would do everything in my power to NOT take trades with such context. Glad it worked. I know why you were stressed, you knew what was going on. But you also knew that once you're in, you can't mess with the algo. You have to play it out. 

The NEXT trade you took, I salivate looking at, overand over. ITS THE BEST Setup.

The next one. A cute signal.. a little too far up in the move. I was scared and i placed sl to be in advance and sufficated the trade.  So i will mark that
as a Ds0.

As i mentioned there were some news at 14:30. there was no really an immediatley respond to the news but after a few minutes the indices pushed higher and i had a signal on dow. 
I did not feel good about it. Lucky for me that it ended BE.

Would you believe that hte number of Total Valid signals within our time on the US30... were a MASSIVE 3 Signals... in which 2 occurred on the same date!!!

Sometimes its very frustrating....

1.  22.2.22 - 16.44 Boom 3R
2. 22.222  - 16.52 Boom 3R
3. 23.2.22 - 16.58 Boom 3R 

so 3 on US30 ... 3 on NAS.... Was it not frustrating? it was for me.

This different management with 3R targets has been a gamechanger for me.
One thing it does is that i can see a change the probability mindset.
I dont have too have alot of winners. The edge is high and profitability is HUGE. I dont have to be as afraid of misstakes as i was before I know that i can have small errors  here and there ( about 20%) without doing big harm on my account and mind.
Other thing it does it that i dont ”waste” risk on setups that the candle is a bit on the larger side. Before i could easily think that I can ry it.. it could go to SL-BE atleast.
I am picking out the golden ones and the overall statistics is as it should.

Combine this new 3R target and also me working on minimizing my errors i can see that it plays out in my favor.One thing i still have problem with is when i take a trade later in the day. I always have the feeling that i am doing something wrong. Could be because of me being tired and that i know that is not really my tradingtime… If i have a rent i feel so stupid. Like it very unnecessarily and wasted time and risk. That leads to overthinking and analysis paralysis… was the trade Ds1 or Ds0?.....  In hindsight i can see that these trades are just one in the order of many and that they are also included in the edge. They arent stupid…

But then comes the question… Do i need them? It would make it less stressfull for me if i just panned myself from looking at the charts after my tradingtime.

Trades taken
I cannot see that i have taken any brainfart trades. They are all in line with the rules. They range between 6 and 8 , setup score and that is fine. 

It have been an overall A-B week for me.
All the hard work is paying off

I have found my Holy Grail.

The REAL challenge now is to keep it up in a manageble (which i honestly think i have found) way without expecting perfection.

Hi Immy!

Well that is an eye opener. For our edge we dont need to trade ALOT. It is mostly about filtering signals. 


Frustrating,, yes i can understand and i feel that too.

For me that comes from boredom and impatience...When i have the "need" of making money the tunnelvision zooms in and all i can see is THIS session and my mind clogs.
am thinking "how can i be profitable if i am not trading and just filtering everything".  That cause me to widen the range of Valid trades which leads to taking those blaha trades.

I am getting better at zoomin out and see the overall picture. We just need out cute and valid trades. And if they dont occur that that.. Why shpuld we trade other Shi**y signals. It just does not make sense. ( that is what i am telling myself to get back to objectivity)

I love to see these valid ones that u looked up. Its a proof of that the filters and question we have to ask ourselves before taking a trade is LEGIT. 
Our edge is MASSIVE!!!! We can  be VERY PICKY with our trades
