The trade i took have SOME concerns. Its late in the wave. Could have been filtered. Some fomo involved in this trade for sure.

Have i followed my plan? Well…. Yes and no. The trade i took does not have the quality i look for.

Have i written my feelings and thoughts to get them out of my system? Yes.. but did not manage to correct my emotions.

Have i seen my feelings and thoughts as signals and have i been aware of them and not let them take over me? No. It was hard today.

This was a hard one to place a PO on. In its raw form it is valid, but i dont feel for it…. (overall sideways) but i need to be 100% objective.

impuls?yes. HH, Yes. Climatic impuls? NO Impulsive pullback?no

valid size on signal candle?, yes.

Sl is brought to be and at the highs it drops dramaticly. Out Be with slippage.

Could have been filtered for sure.

Have i followed my plan? Yes and no. One ds0 trade but came back to my senses.

Have i written my feelings and thoughts to get them out of my system? yes

Have i seen my feelings and thoughts as signals and have i been aware of them and not let them take over me? Yes. i made a misstake and i was able
to get back without alot of frustration.

It was.... some kind of me trying to be 100% objective. I had the impuls filter on and the confirmation candle as true and it failed big time.
Not the settings that failed, it was me that did not have any discretion at all..just wanted to trade like in backtesting...But I was too mechanical about it. I missed alot of good trades that i knew were good but did not signal. that made me a little frustraded and stressed. 

that was a (in hindsight) shit trade, i agree. 
Lycky for me that it was a BE. 

I went through my journey the last couple of months and i see that i dont need the impuls and confirmation setting. I am pretty good without them
I am a decent filterer myself.

Ah!

I absolutely agree. I was doing further testing with this setting today. Spent good 3 hrs on it and found that although it might have some benefits it makes trading boring and takes away a lot of good setups. It does improve drawdown and win rate in the long run but that does not help when a trader is trading the m1 chart and seeing the market move right in front of their eyes. It creates frustration and that leads to mistakes....

This week i focused on being as objective as i could. I was little too mechanical about it.( typical me, ALL or nothing..)
I quickly realised that i had slipped into the all or nothing mode and made it into a more balanced objectivity. 
The world is not black or white, and that applies to trading as well.

I am content with the results this week. the statistics speak for themselves.

1. Too big signal and also not very cute. Had a po, realised the misstake and cancelled it.

2. Setup itself is AWESOME, but have no HH and its not a continuation of m5 setup so filtered.

3. Too large signal.

I took two trades on nas today. I was tired and not feeling 100% i would say.

The first trade i took was iffy as it was so high up. But as it was the 2nd pullback it was a valid one but i would not rate it as a high quality trade.

The second one was okey. It was a valid trade after a continuation to the upside. A Tc on M5.

1. Nothing right with this one, except a new HH.
2. No new LL
3. Correct. Filtered based on the signal too big so sl would have been around 20 pips.
4. 3rd pullback, too big signal and too near the level to the left.
5. Too big signal and Emas not correct so a NO

I waas scared, so scared. Ii dont like being in a trade. More accurate is that i dont like the emotions arise when being in a trade… well… i will just have to live with it.
Now sl to BE so kind of safe and the tough emotions is starting to dissapear.
The trade reaches 2 R and i move sl to +1R.
