A valid trade. Sl want moved to BE and it was rented instead of BE.

Sucks, but a Ds1 and a valid one in the row of many.

Valid trade (continuation after m5 pullback ended be

Valid trade after break of the low to the left. Would not say ideal in the bigger picture.

sl is moved to be by atm and i am feeling better. And short after its moved to +1R when it moved beyond 2 R. 3 R it hit.

Trade 59
A valid trade after the open. Rented right away.I took it as it was the first pullback after the open. Maybe i am not thinking clearly here….

 
 
 
I missed one trade, due to pedantic emma… and then i did not take a trade. It was climactic. Then m5 did a pause. After the continuation i saw a
valid seed and got in and then rented.

In this situation its very easy too blame the trades i took. That they were bad. The problem here is not the ones i took. Its the one i did NOT take.

I am feeling frustrated with myself.

Have i followed my plan? Yes and no. My trades today are valid. The problem is how i acted after them.

Have i written my feelings and thoughts to get them out of my system? Yes.. i tried

Have i seen my feelings and thoughts as signals and have i been aware of them and not let them take over me? Failed here a bit.

Trade 61
Dow was bearish and there was nothing to the left near by and a setup showed up. It was not a ”perfect one” but the context is the key so i went
short. Got out at 1 R

Trade 62
Nas was bearish as well and when i had a signal i went short. Was a pip from getting stopped out with a rent. It turned around and i was out with 1 R here as well.

After this i stopped.

place the trades without hesitation. I am still scared of unnecessery rents but i believe in my edge and i did what i supposed to do.

Trade 3
This trade was a bit tricky to put on. I had an impuls. Not climatic i would say. But extended – YES.
clean pullbak towards the averages.

Out at be.

 
Trade 4
LL below the range. And then a signal to go short.
i was iffy as i had the feeling that its weak.
Out with a rent.

This trade trigger me to overthink my ability to trade. I am quick to get back and i am thinking things like. Even i this one is on the edge of being a
ds0 its still ”just ONE” and will not affect my overall profitability massivly.


 
A weaker session for me indeed. Did not have 100% objectivity. Was a bit colored by fomo today

I have got another understadning of what a climactic move is. I have before this ahamoment had a very week understanding of it.
I am still working on it and i have to practise to have the same understanding in live trading when fomo excists. 

As i have mention we all have covid in the family and my brain have been fizzy bubblish. It still is harder for me to focus for a longer time but its getting better and better.
I have been working on my objectivity and it has been important for me to do so.
Sometimes it feels like i have to be ”smarter” or more educated than i am to be able to make profits.
But now i have realised that all i really need is the banana rules, risk management and to trade it with discipline (and by doing so i am drilling the skill to trade). I

have missed trades due to some hesitation and the need of the setup to be perfect. When i am in a losing streak or just experience fear, usually from being tired, i easily slipp in to the need of perfection to minimize the risk of a loser.
What i have noticed is that it goes the other way around. I miss a good one and then take a less quality one and the losing or BE streak continues for longer than needed.
I am getting better at realise when that happens and also getting better at writing down what i am feeling and by doing so i can more often than before get back to objectivity. 

Now when i am being more objective i also see that i dont feel as pressured or scared as i did before.
I am not as afraid of making misstakes nowadays and the fear of losing is getting less and less present.
And how have i gotten to this point? By journaling, taking approx 80% Ds1 trades and almost every month generating profits.

If i make a misstake nowadays ( which i do) i dont feel the same panic to fix the problem. Because the misstakes is getting less frequent and i also know that misstakes will happen no matter how good i am. 

A good month when looking at how much i have learned.
I am perfectly fine with the profits as well. The statistics are as they suppose to be.

Ds1 BUT. A bit Climactic. The signal was too far up.  Immy said is was an okey momentumsignal and yes i can see why i took it, but its a bit far from the averages. 

Trade 6.
valid trade after a HH. Out be. Ds1

Trade 7
A HH again and a signal. Out with a rent. Ds1

DAY IS OVER NOW.

 I overtraded today. Not any massive misstakes. Just a bit out of focus. Missed a trade due to me hesitating.

I will journal later in the evening when i have cooled of a bit.

Sometimes all the iffy setups comes in a day and today i took them. It happens a day or two a month.
I will not overanalyse this day. I will continue with the month and do the a review at the end of the month as usual.
I have my strict risk management and i followed it.

Trade 8.

This one was IFFY as idontknowwhat. But a new HH (because of it just being a wick i am scared) , impuls, pullback, signal. Feeling that this is one of those thet can be taken and filtered… nervous? YES!!
Sl os now moved to be and i can breath. 3 R is reached FAST. 
Trade 9
It goes up and make a second setup that in my eyes is valid. I place a PO and let the edge do the rest. I am scared though… but the edge is there now so i will trade. Sl to be fast and then to 1 R even faster. Out with 1R

was quick to correct the thoughts i had about preserving my profits. There was another pullback and i took it. Also successful.

On H1 we have a low with 3 touches. Marking that one.

Trade at the range low not taken. Started from the top of the range. Waitiing for a second one . did not happen. Correction for the future. I DONT
LOOK AT LEVELS TO THE LEFT!!!!!! Well… not in the way i did today at least. It was broken. Noted and i am going forward.
( an underlying fear of losing i would say now in hindsight) 
 
Trade 10

Went sideways and then a break with a supercute little retest. Taken and out with be.

Both indices have been in a strong down trend during the day so far. Right now its a sideways mess.

Lets se what the open brings.

Calculated risk on dow.  Out be.Lets see if it drops below the level to the left and retest.

 Trade 12

Nas M5 pullback was broken and M1 had a signal to go short. I did and was scared a ¤%¤&(&%. Got out be.
