I see the impuls down and i see the bulls get destoyed by the bears and then make a bit ugly pullback, but it is not impulsive and i see that this is a
trade where my edge is present.

I place a trade and it goes FAST. 3R is hit.

Have i seen my feelings and thoughts as signals and have i been aware of them and not let them take over me? Yes i have. Have not had the urge to
trade and i am very happy for that.

It is like my brain flipped. I am feeling clear, as i have no idea how i could place trades in a place were the edge does not excist or how i could have

placed a trade on the most ugly pullback.

The little easter holiday was good for me

That was the two step forward.

Was a bit late to the session today. Took my time to look at the overall picture as that is important. No stress.

Yes i am. I am feeling clear headed and objective. I feel like i have progressed in my trading mindset. Its like the easter holiday healed the inner stress of misstakes. The ”less is more” - belief is landing inside of me and by seeing that the less i trade (the more selective i am with taking trades) , the more i make is adding energy to that belief.
 I have had a hard time with desiding how to do the work process. I know the market cycle is powerful with the banana, and then we have levels. And then the emas.. it blurres the price action for me.
I like the 100 ema to dont make countertrend trade but the other ones is getting a bit unnessesairy. for me.
Its lines, Ma´s and channels here and there…. That leads me to loose the focus on the price.

I am ”less is more”-ing in that area too.

What i will focus on is Eyeing market cycles, the TR and then when its broken (BO) .
I dont need to assess the whole session and every timeframe when it comes to which cycle it is in.

Also i need to be aware of the range levels. The ones on the current timeframe and the higher as well.

 During the easter holidays i had some time over and i went through charts and looked at confirmation candles/bananas  that tested a previous levels. 

That resulted in me not feeling stressed about taking trades.
These retests or/and the ones that have no levels to the left (its hard to find retests in those momentum moves are ALL I EVER WILL HAVE TO TRADE.

I dont feel overconfident, i just feel clear, calm and happy.

read your posts, enjoyed it as always. Thank you for being so consistent with your journal. 

I think my Occam's Razor has worked again. 

I will be going for the Dots and the Line. I am also thinking of ditching the 20 since I already KNOW that none of my signals will ever be printed on the wrong side of the 20. 

Instead I will be using the 50% Retracement check. Initially I will keep a light shadow of 20. So that my mind is relaxed. Thin "Gainsboro"... 

I have done several tests and the Fib retracement check is the SIMPLEST most robust, no lag filter. 

It is better than a moving average. This simple rule has the entire Setup 1 inside it. 

You will see the picture below, when the market moves, they work the same. But I will remain focused on PRICE more than lagging averages.

YD i will not post. It hurts too much. 
I flipped.  I am not saying no more. I BROKE THE DD. Held the session DD though.... 
I lost 2% in total.. That hurts, but what hurts the most is that i don't have a clue of what i am doing. (that's the feeling i have)

I am done of feeling bad about it now. Have had an intense "feeling-bad-day" so i can go forward from here. 

I want to have a probabilistic mindset. With my weekly and monthly journal its difficult to se that. I am focusing more on Daily and weekly gains, rather than being objective and see the bigger picture. 

So *drumroll....

I am starting T20.
Back to basic! 

My rules are the Banana-rules ( no change there) 
Template - I have been changing templates more often than i change socks....   
I am going to use green and red line of the gator. Why? Because i have to be better at counting pullbacks. The first and the second after the cross of it. 
I am using the 100 ema to not go against the M5 trend. As i always have.

How about levels? In backtesting WE DONT LOOK AT LEVELS. BUT, i will access if M1 is trending or in a range. If range, mark the levels. 
If not, then i don't need levels.

I placed one trade. Its a valid one, but it lacks volume.

I failed massively today. 
I am scared and overthinking and hoping.. I am in a very bad tradingperiod. I leave the good ones and take the bad ones. Why? The fear of misstake makes me hesitate och then the fear of missing out makes me take the bad ones.... 
If i took both it would make more sense. Taking all the setups has an edge!!! Picking the bad ones does NOT.

 Neo session.  
I only have nas. I have also reduced my risk to 0,25% as this drawdown is taking hard on my mind.  


Trade 7  
A good trade Ended be. 

Trade 8  
Not an impuls so i will place this one as a Ds0.  Session and day over for me. 



I am trying so hard to not f**k it up... but its just getting it worse. 
 
When i have focus i am good, i know which one to filter and which one to take. 
When i have a hard time to focus i am taking trades too early in a pullback and gets kicked out and then the market continues.  
That messes with the head and it gets worse.  

I need to do something.  
I have trouble when switching från trading momentum trades as seeds (waltz) in a fast moving market and when i should wait for a proper pullback. 

 That gave me an idea. Do i need those 2 entrys or am i good with one.  

In these downperiods i always think back to when i traded S1 on S12. That is 3-5 candle pullback on M1.  
That was the most profitable i have ever been. Also the period that i had very few trades compared to now.

Why do i mess up with trying to catch all moves.  

To be a little more safe from the brainfarts i will do this. 

I trade pullbacks in the direcion of the HTF trend. ( as i always have tried to) 
I am trading pullbacks that have a S1 inside on the 5X lower timeframe. So no waltz pattern for me.  
I will trade NAS and DAX. DOW is most often moving too far too fast and that leads to fomo trigger. 
I need to practice patience and get rid of the fear of making misstakes.  
 My goal is to be the master of the banana pullback, not momentum bananas. 
I can not do both. I dont need both.  

If i make 20 trades in a month, that is enough!! 
 
Time to make LESS IS MORE a RULE!!
