95% DS1, that is really wel done in discipline. I am in awe.
And it's good to read that you feel good again trading, and are out of DD.

Today was the start of batch 2 and with my usual size of 0,5%. 
When in trades i was NERVOUS. 

Pros- I was objective and i did as my rules sais. 
cons- I was a bit unlycky today. the first trade on nas was tagged out by spread. That happens, but it does not feel god with starting a batch with rents. But that is not relevant at all..... so i am just going to continue.

I had 2 rents so the tradingday is over for me on this account. 
I´ll be back on monday ad i will be doing the same.

Nothing that i have to be aware of during LO.

The trade on nas was not idea... Valid, as it had all the components.

The dax trade i see as a Break and retest. Just did not work this time.

i am now back at 0 again.... feels bad.. even though i know that its for the long run these dips are difficult.

Today is FOMC.
I was aware of that it could be a very slow market, but if my setup is there i will take it.

When the plave came down 3 pips from the TP and then made a bullish candle i felt it. It was not going to come back. 
I will not change my rules for that. So a Ds1 for me. In the long run this will reward me.

About the first one (Trade 12) i had my concerns as there were levels to the left. 
Though its a fresh session and a good setup.

I was doing my hourly checking when I saw a TC on NAS and thought, hmm this would be a nice trend up on m1. checked and saw this setup and WISHED that Tom and Emma caught it. I'm so happy to see you did.
