I am risking 0,1% a trade to have time to settle in the new(old) way to look at the market without the fear of losing account or money.

Its easy to get fomo in this situation. 
I am feeling that i SHOULD have taken it.
Instead i can accept what has happened and wait for the next valid setup. I will never be able to take ALL the valid signals. I am human.
THERE IS NO WINNING in acting in a state of fomo.

As i missed the first oportunity to go short i could not take anything else. 
A missed trade triggers me to make errors. I was aware of the situation and accepted that i missed it.

No news to be aware of today. 

I am staying objective and i feel confident knowing what my edge is. 
The banana is great! but in wrong context, not so great. 

I am focusing more on context, like i always should have done. 

Another change in my mindset. 
I always had in mind in the beginning in the session that i should just take good trades that fit into my plan.
othing wrong with that itself.
The problem lies in that i got in every session with the intention to take a trade. Like a session without a trade was booring, unproductive and so on..

But my job is not to take trades every time i sit here. 
My job is to look for the right context. And THEN if there is a cute little setup i am able to take a trade. 
There will be more session not taking a trade than taking a trade. 

Trading does not mean take a trade. Trading does not mean taking alot of trades. 
Took me some time to understand that and more time to accept it. 

Anyway... This is the trading of today. Assessed that i should not trade. Did not, so a good session!
