Hi Mark, 
The red and blue dots appear when the alligator is sleeping, the pink and green when alligator is open.
Just looked at my chart for Setup1, I have all colours.

So why am I only getting aqua ones, 
I can see many times where the gator is sleeping,

My settings are slightly different.
I screenshotted them, plus look at the chart, you see all symbols and colors on it.
It's a GBP/AUD daily chart. Maybe you can compare if you take the same charts and settings as I have on your MT4.
Powderblue I have never seen, no clue when that would appear.

I have been away for a while and was just wondering if I could continue on with my T20 Training
or do I need to start anew.

Just pick it up again. One batch of 20 will tell you something, then you do the next, evaluate again. Etc. and so on.
