Today i was not 100% focused.
It does not happen often so i am trying not to beat myself up for it.
i still managed my risk and stopped at 2R down. 

I dont mind having a rent, but when it is because of a ds0 i hate it TBH.

This week was a horrible week regarding my preformance. 
I have now gone through the week with my rules and i can say that i bended them to infility and that resulted in a HORRIFIC result. 
Backtesting showed +5,5R and my result was -7R.....

I am going on vacation now so i do not have the time to review it now but i will when i come back.
