Re: Mike's Journal MSK185
First trade today and a rent trade like others on here -8 pips for me.
A hindsight observation and I think Grant adopts this is to set the entry so that the asking price is 1 pip clear of the aims level, with this setting i would not have been triggerred in.
Setup looked good for a wave 5 short but wasn't to be

Hi Mike,
for me this would have also triggered, because I have only 1 pip spread on the Eur.

Hi
We all took it, Just another Rent! Setup was correct IMHO. So NEXT is the call! and there has been no setup after that so far!

Re: Mike's Journal MSK185
Well first trade today last of the week and I finish with a rent not the best way to finish but that's just how it goes sometimes, as I watch price is now falling towards my target
Good entry after pink dot and new level, but taken out by reverse dot.
Finished the week with -43pips, no winning trades but hopefully a whole lot of learning, the market is teaching me
Wish everyone a good weekend and thanks to Immy, John Nick and the AIMsters for my time in the room

Re: Mike's Journal MSK185
First trade of the week and a break even to start things off. Took the break of the M1 level knowing M5 level was close but it was LO so it could have easily broken to close the overnight gap, just risked .5% and would have done an add on if the opportunity arose. Moved my stop to b/e when price failed to break the 5 / 15 min low.
Happy with my trade, though not yet developed the confidence to let my trades run as this one is now close to 10 pips profit as I type

Mike
I had a PO 3 pips below the 5-15min level. It got close then retraced, Aimswave turned red so I cancelled.
It might be a quiet day today as it is Presidents day in America.

Re: Mike's Journal MSK185
Second trade today, another b/e, wave 5 potential on 1 min, sleeping alligator, break of 1,5,15 and 60 min aims, entry 13223, just ran out of steam, so moved stop to b/e on the price action.
Happy with this trade again, good entry and happy with how I managed it.
Every day in every way I'm getting better and better

Re: Mike's Journal MSK185
3rd Trade today, looked a good sleeping alligator setup, price stalled at the 5 min high so decided to bank a few pips, rather than move stop to b/e, proved to be a good choice.
Feeling much better today.
