I'll like to know how to write on my chart, for educational purpose, how do i write on my saved picture on MT4 platform, or is there any picture editor?

MS Paint will do it. Also you can use "text" under insert in Mt4. and then take an image. Beyond that there are a multitude of programs you can use to add text and symbols.
