Email and alerts

Hi fellow AIMsters,
I have been using the Setup strategy for about a month. I like the 1 and 5 minute for day trading. However, I have noticed the H1 timeframe is very accurate, but would require sitting at my computer probably all day. I would like to setup alerts from Metratrader which are sent to me via either email or text for whatever time frame I want, but just one so I don't receive 100's of texts for all time frames. Does anyone know how to do this?

I still want to have the indicators for other time frames to day trade as well.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
